[Rebecca's gone. Completely gone... Rantaro hasn't felt so helpless since he lost his sisters overseas... No, this is worse than that. His sisters simply vanished one by one, Rebecca got too close to the wall and... And... How do you even explain what that was?! He's positive that D-whatever isn't a virus now. Viruses don't possess people and make them into murderous zombies...

And now... He's lost the closest thing to a mother he had in this awful place, and he nearly got taken out with her...

But if there's one thing that keeps him going, it's his stubborn optimism fueled by grief. His sisters are alive somewhere, and up until he got kidnapped he went as far as traveling the world in search of them. Rebecca's dead, but she isn't gone. Definitely not gone since he got to mess with the Ouija board last night.

If the dead are in virtual reality, that means he only has to find Vivienne.

He's not dumb enough to get near the wall after everything he saw, but he's scouring the rest of the campus as soon as he collects himself. He doesn't care if he ends up somewhere he's not supposed to go, he'll find her if he has to turn the whole building upside down. First stop, the robotics lab.
